Insurance Fee
Please allow us to charge 50JPY on each 20,000JPY purchase. Less than 20,000Yen purchase, no insurance fee will be charged.

Dispatch
Most products will be shipped in 5 business days after receipt of payment. Rods and reels may take maximum 10 days to ship from Oriental Angler Store.

We achieve our best to deliver packages as early as possible to you, however, it takes more than the days above to deliver the package because of custom clearance.

Defective or Wrong Item
If your item(s) that you received is(are) defective or wrong, please contact our Customer Service via Email within a week of the delivery. We will inform you how to get an exchange or refund.
